NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members for Board Member Elections of Fairway Villas
Townhomes (Houston) Owners Association, Inc. will be held via zoom an online application.

The agenda of the Annual Meeting is as follows:

  • Welcome and Board Member Introductions
  • Establishment of Quorum
  • Reading of the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes
  • Operations Report
  • Nomination and Election to the Board of Directors
    • Three (3) for a staggering three (3) year term
      (Bylaws Article IV Section 4.3) Third-highest number of
      votes shall be elected for a term of one (1) year.
    • Second-highest number of votes shall be elected for a
      term of two (2) years. Highest number of votes shall be
      elected for three (3) year terms.
  • Adjournment
